Benchmark Straits Times Index in Singapore shares 0.30% depressed at 09:05.
Stock index, which is supported by 31 companies traded on the Stock Exchange Singapore Exchange Ltd. was down 8.38 points to 2827.13. Among a number of stocks listed in the index, six of them rose, 21 fell and four remained unchanged.
The decline in the Straits Times Index was led by Wilmar International, City Developments and Fraser & Neave. Approximately 68.80 million shares changed hands in Singapore.
Singapore Telecommunications Ltd., which fell 1 cent to Sin $ 3.03, is the most active stock by value in Singapore.
Is the next most active shares of CapitaLand Ltd, which remains in the position of Sin $ 3.60, and Genting Singapore Plc, which rose 2 cents to Sin $ 1.19.
